We favour high-quality, domestic alternatives for our materials. We have invested in ecological natural materials for our linen, bedding and bedding. In the sauna, we offer you the use of Mets\u00e4 Kolo organic soap. All the cleaning and detergent products we use are naturally environmentally friendly.<\/p>

At the dining table we prefer natural ingredients, locally produced and organic food. Our fresh drinking water is genuine groundwater, which we get from our well in the yard. We are proud of our clean natural water.<\/p>

Our responsibly managed woodland offsets the emissions from our guests' travel. We are happy to tell you more about how we manage our forest. The electricity we use is eco-electricity. We recycle waste (paper, cardboard, glass, metal and plastic) and compost organic waste. The stoves and sauna are heated with wood from our own forest. In everything we do, we ensure that our environment remains clean for future generations and that the picturesque Saariharju is a pleasant place to live and visit now and in the future.<\/p>

The owner of Mets\u00e4 Kolo protected part of her forest in the woods near the lodge.
